You must be familiar with the Amazon app. Once you put the keywords of what you wish to buy, you find choices popping up.

Your buying decision is driven mostly by three factors

#1 the appearance, how attractive the product looks, and the first impression.

#2 Price – value for money, you may spend more to buy a brand where you see value

#3 The features – How effective the product is to solve your pain or your purpose.

The same thing happens when you market your profile. By Profile, I mean Your Resume & LinkedIn Profile.

If you discover what a recruiter looks for, you will be able to market it better & you will make your profile compelling.

ATS is simply an AI-based BOT that churns our resumes and shortlists the best matches.

Presently we find 1:1000 CVS in one vacancy & shortlisting is much easier & faster with technical help with ATS.

#1 20/20 rules apply here. It means 20% of the application survive the ATS scan. So out of 100 applications, 20 get attention.
Out of these 20 only 20% i.e., 4 resumes are found worthy for interviews.

#2 NARD rule will put all vacancies into 2 buckets – one is new, and the others are out of attrition, desertion, or replacement of an existing employee. Depending on the urgency it may take up to 15 working days

#3 how do you know you are shortlisted? It is simple when you receive a text, call, or some written communication from the recruiter scheduling your interview.

#4 even if your resume is found from any sources your social profile on LinkedIn will be checked. 86% of the talents are validated after social checks.
